Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase! But if not, just let us know, and we will gladly help. 

We will happily refund you for your unworn or unused items. Please submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your item. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, sorry!

To request a return please first sign in to your account. Then;

• Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
• If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
• Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
• Click Request return.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email with instructions and a shipping label.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. We aim to do this within 2/3 days of receiving your item. However, please remember it can take a few days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
